By accessing or using EzClap.me (a product of Easy Automata LTD), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

EzClap provides automation tools for content creators, including clip management, video editing, and automated scheduling/publishing to platforms including Twitch, YouTube (Google), and Discord.

3. user responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you process, upload, or distribute using EzClap. You agree to maintain account security and ensure you have all necessary rights to your content. You agree not to use EzClap to violate any law or the terms of any integrated third-party platform.

Ownership of Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Easy Automata LTD hereby grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the video content generated through EzClap for your own commercial or personal use.

4. third‑party services

EzClap integrates with external services via their official APIs. Your use of these features is subject to the terms of those platforms:

EzClap is not responsible for changes or suspensions imposed by these services. You can revoke EzClap's access to your Google data at any time via: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EzClap at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, your usage is harmful to the service, or we are required to do so by law.

6. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzClap and Easy Automata LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Proprietary Rights & Trade Secrets

The Service, including but not limited to the "StreamSync" synchronization logic, AI captioning workflows, and the proprietary rendering engine (the "Technology"), contains trade secrets and proprietary information owned by Easy Automata LTD.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
  • Bypass or circumvent any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service's backend logic.
  • Develop any software or service that mimics the specific technical "StreamSync" implementation of the Service.

Any unauthorized use of our Technology constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action for trade secret misappropriation.
