TikTok draws its own interface over your video, and it's easy to lose captions or a facecam behind it. When you set up your template in the Clip Wizard, keep these areas in mind:
The caption text, your username, and the sound label sit along the bottom edge. Anything you place in roughly the bottom 15% of the frame risks being covered. This is the most common mistake — burned-in captions parked at the very bottom of the video end up hidden behind TikTok's own text.
The like, comment, share, and profile buttons run down the right side. Avoid putting your facecam or important overlays in the right-hand column of the frame.
The vertical center of the frame is untouched by TikTok's UI. Position captions in the lower-middle or middle of the frame — high enough to clear the bottom overlay, low enough not to cover faces or gameplay action.
